Provide valid UAE identification
Have legal authority to provide samples for all tested parties
Not be prohibited from genetic testing by court order

1.2 Service Restrictions

Forensic or law enforcement purposes without court order
Testing without consent of all participants
Attempting to extract raw DNA data for third-party analysis

Permitted Uses

Personal knowledge of biological relationships
Genealogical research
Authorized health predisposition testing

2. Order Process and Requirements

Incorrect samples provided by customer

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of our services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and genestrail or any of its employees.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
