Refund & Cancellation Policy

At genestrail, we strive to provide clear and fair terms for cancellations and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policy.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking and before sample collection is scheduled — full refund will be issued.
• If cancellation is requested after expert visit is scheduled but before sample collection, a service fee of 0 will be deducted.
• Once the sample collection has been completed, cancellations are not permitted.

• Full Refund: If the order is cancelled within 24 hours and before collection.
• No Refund: Once results have been delivered or if inconclusive results occur due to poor sample quality provided by the customer.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
